Terms of Service

Last updated: June 18, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of HostFlow, including our website, billing area, support systems, game server hosting, VPS hosting, Discord bot hosting, web hosting, domain-related services, and any other services we provide.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, using our services, or contacting our support team, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use HostFlow services.

2. Services

HostFlow provides hosting services for customers, communities, developers, and server owners. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Game server hosting, including Minecraft, FiveM, Rust, Valheim, Terraria, Garry's Mod, Project Zomboid, and other supported games.
  • Virtual Private Server hosting.
  • Discord bot hosting.
  • Web hosting.
  • Domain registration or domain-related services where available.
  • Support services through tickets, Discord, email, or other official channels.

Service availability, features, resource limits, locations, pricing, and supported software may change over time. We may modify, upgrade, replace, suspend, or discontinue services where necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, provider changes, or business reasons.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your HostFlow account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information.
  • You must keep your login details, passwords, API keys, tokens, and server credentials secure.
  • You must not share account access with unauthorised users.
  • You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or service has been compromised.
  • You are responsible for the content, files, software, plugins, scripts, bots, websites, and activity hosted on your services.

HostFlow is not responsible for loss or damage caused by weak passwords, leaked credentials, insecure scripts, malicious plugins, compromised accounts, or third-party access caused by the customer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HostFlow services for illegal, abusive, harmful, disruptive, or high-risk activity.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Hosting, distributing, or linking to malware, viruses, botnets, phishing pages, scams, or credential theft tools.
  • Launching, assisting, or participating in DDoS attacks, stress testing against third-party systems, port scanning, brute forcing, or unauthorised access attempts.
  • Hosting illegal content or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or running abusive email, Discord, or bot automation.
  • Running cryptocurrency mining, resource abuse, or workloads that negatively impact other customers or infrastructure unless explicitly approved.
  • Hosting content that promotes serious harm, exploitation, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
  • Attempting to bypass resource limits, billing systems, licensing systems, security controls, or network restrictions.
  • Reselling services without permission where such activity is not included in your plan.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse and suspend, limit, or terminate services where we believe these Terms have been breached.

5. Customer Content and Backups

You retain responsibility for the files, data, software, configurations, worlds, databases, websites, bots, and other content stored on your services.

HostFlow may provide backup features on certain services, but backups are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in your plan or service agreement. You should keep your own independent backups of important data.

We are not responsible for data loss caused by customer error, third-party software, plugin issues, account compromise, abuse suspension, cancellation, non-payment, server corruption, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Billing and Payments

Services are billed according to the price, billing cycle, and options selected during checkout. You are responsible for paying invoices by their due date.

  • Invoices may be generated automatically before renewal.
  • Services may be suspended or terminated if invoices remain unpaid.
  • Prices may change, but active customers will be notified where reasonably possible.
  • Additional configurable options, add-ons, IP addresses, backups, storage, RAM, CPU, or support services may increase the total price.
  • Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, you should contact support before the due date.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility may depend on the type of service, time since purchase, usage, abuse status, and whether the service has already been provisioned or consumed.

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, refunds are not guaranteed for:

  • Services cancelled after active use.
  • Renewal invoices paid by mistake where the service continued running.
  • Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, or other non-reversible third-party costs.
  • Dedicated IP addresses, custom orders, setup fees, licences, or special requests.
  • Services suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or Terms of Service violations.

Refund requests must be submitted through an official HostFlow support ticket. Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method or issued as account credit at our discretion.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing issue, you should contact HostFlow support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension, service termination, loss of access to services, additional fees, and restriction from future purchases.

9. Service Availability

HostFlow aims to provide reliable hosting, but no service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Downtime or service disruption may occur due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
  • Hardware, software, network, or upstream provider issues.
  • DDoS attacks or abuse mitigation.
  • Customer scripts, plugins, mods, or configurations.
  • Power, routing, datacentre, control panel, or third-party outages.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Any uptime commitments, service credits, or compensation only apply if explicitly stated in a separate service-level agreement or product policy.

10. VPS and Root Access

VPS customers may receive elevated access such as root or administrator access. With this access, you are responsible for securing your server, maintaining software, applying updates, configuring firewalls, and ensuring your VPS is not used for abuse.

HostFlow may suspend or restrict VPS services that cause network issues, abuse reports, blacklisting, excessive resource usage, security incidents, or Terms of Service violations.

11. Domains

If HostFlow offers domain services, domain registrations, transfers, renewals, and related services may be provided through third-party registrars.

Domain services may be subject to registrar rules, registry rules, ICANN policies, local laws, and third-party provider terms. Domain fees are usually non-refundable once submitted to the registrar.

12. Suspension and Termination

HostFlow may suspend, restrict, or terminate services if:

  • Invoices remain unpaid.
  • We receive abuse, security, copyright, fraud, or legal complaints.
  • The service causes harm to our network, customers, providers, or reputation.
  • You breach these Terms or any applicable policy.
  • You provide false information or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • We are required to do so by law or by an upstream provider.

Suspended or terminated services may become inaccessible. Data may be deleted after termination or non-payment. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or service downtime.

Important: You are responsible for maintaining independent backups and securing your account, server, software, and data.

HostFlow's total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the billing period in which the issue occurred, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold HostFlow harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, your users, your hosted software, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Changes to Terms

HostFlow may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of HostFlow services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the services and request cancellation.
